Meat Balls

This recipe is easy to make and I freeze the leftovers for another night of spaghetti when I'm in a rush. It’s a simple Italian seasoned meatball that you can use a verity of different ground meats with the ground beef; ground lamb, ground mutton, or ground pork. In this recipe I used ground beef and ground mutton.
- Prep Time:
- Cook Time:
- Servings: 24 balls
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (1 lb) Ground Mutton
- (1/2 Cups) Bread Crumbs
- (2) Eggs
- (2 TBS) Fresh Parsley
- (3 Cloves) Garlic
- (2 Sprigs) Fresh Thyme
- (1 tsp) Salt and Pepper
- (1 tsp) Paparika
- (2 Sprigs) Fresh Rosemary
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 375
If you don’t have a food processor chop all fresh spices into small pieces.
Mix all ingredients with hands in a bowl or use a food processor until everything is mixed well and the meat sticks together.
Take a palm amount of meat and roll between hands to form about 2 inch ball. Place on baking sheet with a small amount of space between each ball.
When the sheet is full, put them in the oven for 12 minutes then flip the balls and cook for another 10 minutes.
That’s all it takes!!
Serve with spaghetti noodles and spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
