- (2) Pork Chops
- (1/2 Cup) Flour
- (1/4 Cup) Corn Meal
- (1 tsp) Kosher Salt
- (1 tsp) Pepper
- (1 tsp) Pepirka
- (1 ) Egg
- (1 Tbl) Lard
Beat egg in a bowl. Mix the breading; corn meal, salt, pepper, and paprika and flour in a separate bowl.
Heat cast iron pan with lard
Dip Pork Chop in egg than dip in the breading.
Heat lard in cast iron pan. Place pork chops in pan and brown on each side.
Place in oven at 375 for 15 minutes.
Pull out and let sit for up to 10 minutes
