- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (2 slices) Bread
- (1/2 cup) Milk
- (1 tsp each) Salt & Pepper
- (1) Yellow Onion
- (8 oz) Portobello Mushrooms
- (24 0z) Gravy
Heat oven to 350
Soak bread in milk while cutting mushrooms and onions, about 5 minuets until all milk is absorbed.
Place ground beef in a bowl
Mix ground beef, bread, salt and pepper
Until everything is mixed well and sticks together.
Make 3" patties and place in baking pan.
Place mushrooms and onions on top of patties.
Pour gravy on top of patties cover with foil and bake for 1 ½ hours to two hours.
That would be it!!!
